Women's Reentry Center

The San Francisco Sheriff's Department's (SFSD) Women's Reentry Center (WRC) opened on June 5, 2006. The purpose of the center is to provide women who have a history of criminal justice involvement with services necessary to achieve and maintain safe and healthy lifestyles. The center is located at 930 Bryant Street (between 7th and 8th streets). It is open from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. and will be open evenings in the future. A recent cosmetic restoration has transformed the formerly drab, institution-like building into a sunny, contemporary, welcoming place for female ex-offenders and their children.
